Trujet B8 Blanket Printing Machine is equipped with a high-speed industrial Ricoh G6 print head and effectively responds to the increasing demands of industrialized production. Magnetic levitation linear motor technology is used to achieve higher print precision.

Thanks to the negative pressure ink control system and degassing system, the ink jetting process becomes much more stable and smooth. These systems enhance print quality while minimizing fluctuations that may occur during the production process.


To support uninterrupted production and increase efficiency, an automatic blanket washing system is included. In addition, the active winding/feeding structure keeps the fabric stable and flexible without stretching, preventing dimensional deformation in patterns.
