The Trujet FL6-21 Fixed Flag Printing Machine is a professional solution built for high-volume production, with printing speeds of up to 260 m² per hour and a maximum printing width of 200 cm.

A 6-head full staggered arrangement (123+456) stacks the effective print width of multiple heads, boosting productivity and lowering production costs. The dynamic deformation compensation system synchronizes the Y1, Y2 and Y3 axes to detect and compensate for fabric deformation and stretching in real time. All three axes are controlled together at the start and end of each print job to save fabric.

Auto loading handles the fabric without manual lifting, lowering operational risks and improving overall efficiency, quality and stability. Asynchronous dual rubber rollers with independent traction in the same direction prevent fabric shaking and sagging at high speed, and avoid inaccurate feeding caused by linkage delays.

Environmental residual heat recovery improves energy efficiency and lowers electricity costs, while supporting specialty materials such as faux linen and black-back fabrics. On the X axis, a high-precision, low-maintenance magnetic encoder strip ensures accurate position reading.
