The Trujet FLD8-32 Dual-Side Flag Printing Machine is a professional solution built for high-volume production, with printing speeds of up to 180 m² per hour and a maximum printing width of 320 cm.

A 40° tilted carriage provides a shorter alignment distance and higher precision compared to flat printing. This design eliminates the misting issues of 90° vertical setups and prevents printhead clogging, burnout and jet-force decay. The dynamic deformation compensation system synchronizes the Y0, Y1 and Y3 axes in real time to detect and compensate for fabric deformation and stretching, controlling all three axes together at the start and end of each print job to save fabric.

A fabric rebound suppression device offsets fabric rebound and prevents wrinkling or drifting, ensuring stable feeding for dual-side printing and significantly improving registration accuracy. Horizontal and vertical nine-segment independent alignment automatically divides any fabric width into 9 segments, each correcting its own horizontal/vertical arcs and print-position deviations.

Environmental residual heat recovery improves energy efficiency and lowers electricity costs, while enabling printing on specialty materials such as faux linen and black-back fabrics. A high-precision, low-maintenance magnetic encoder strip on the X axis and a 1000W Maglev horizontal scan motor on the carriage deliver fast, precise carriage movement across the 3200 mm printing width.
