The Trujet M4 Digital Textile Sublimation Printing Machine is a powerful solution developed for professional production with high quality expectations.
The machine features a total of 12,800 nozzles, with 3,200 nozzles per print head. This configuration enables stable and homogeneous print quality even at high speeds. Independent cleaning stations for each print head simplify maintenance while extending print head lifespan. In addition, the flash station prevents ink cutoff in unused colors, ensuring uninterrupted and reliable production.
The Trujet M4’s two-stage patented ink supply system manages ink flow in a balanced and stable manner. This system minimizes fluctuations during printing and enhances color consistency. The gapless paper drive design, developed to prevent wrinkling, ensures smooth and error-free media feeding, especially in long-run printing, maximizing production efficiency.
